Time decay for solutions to the Stokes equations with drift

I will consider the long time behavior to the Cauchy problem for solutions to a Stokes system with drift $u$. This drift will be supposed to be a divergence free smooth vector valued function satisfying a scale invariant condition. Our main result is concerned with the algebraic decay of the $L^p$, 1\leq p \leq \infty $ norms of the solutions.
